127 Hours is the true story of mountain climber Aron Ralston's remarkable adventure to save himself after a fallen boulder crashes on his arm and traps him in an isolated canyon in Utah.
What we learn
Most people I have talked to about the film gather that the most important lesson learnt from the film is that when you go on a hike in the middle of nowhere, you should tell someone where you are going and when you are going. Of course it is and important conclusion. However, what is most relevant to me are those 127 hours alone and with almost no hope at all. It seems to me as the director tries to show us how important and necessary is to confine ourself for a long period of time and evaluate what we have in life as our last day alive so we can turn to appreciate all more.
